We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely warm and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect for us. The hotel was clean, and we loved the spa section with a sauna, jacuzzi, and saline. It was also close to all the attractions and just a short distance from Bran Castle.

Spent a lovely New Year's at a cozy hotel with stunning mountain views. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. They even prepared special dishes for the occasion. The sauna and hot tub were enjoyable after a day of skiing, and the fireplace in the lounge area made for a warm and inviting setting. there were plenty of charming local shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The Wi-Fi was not reliable during our stay, making it difficult to stay in touch with loved ones during the holidays. the breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.

Great views from the room and amazing nature surroundings. Beautiful large pool available for guests. Location was also great for visiting nearby attractions.
Service was very poor overall, with reception staff and cleaning staff being particularly unhelpful. Room was not cleaned regularly and toiletries were not topped up.
